  1. Open your web browser and go to your cPanel login URL. It typically looks like https://yourdomain.com/cpanel.

  2. Enter your cPanel username and password.

  • You can get your login detail in your welcome email from drummerboyhosting.com

  • Lost it? Submit a ticket, we can get you a new one!

  1. Click the "Log in" button.

Step 2: Navigate to the Email Section

  1. Once you're logged in, look for the "Email" section.

  2. Click on "Email Accounts."

Step 3: Create a New Email Account

  1. In the "Email Accounts" section, click on the "Create" button.

Step 4: Fill in the Email Account Details

  1. Domain: Select the domain for which you want to create the email account from the drop-down menu.

  2. Username: Enter the desired email address prefix. For example, if you want user@yourdomain.com, enter user.

  3. Password: Enter a strong password or use the "Generate" button to create one. Make sure to save this password in a secure place.

  4. Storage Space: Set the mailbox quota. You can specify a custom size or leave it as the default value.

Step 5: Create the Account

  1. Once you've filled in all the details, click the "Create" button at the bottom.

Step 6: Access Your New Email Account

  1. After creating the account, you can access it via webmail by going to https://yourdomain.com/webmail and logging in with the new email address and password.

  2. Alternatively, you can set up your email account in an email client (like Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.) using the provided configuration settings in cPanel.

Additional Tips

  • Email Forwarders: If you want to forward emails from this account to another email address, go to the "Forwarders" section in cPanel.

  • Autoresponders: Set up automatic responses to incoming emails using the "Autoresponders" section.

  • Email Filters: Manage spam and other filtering rules in the "Email Filters" section.

By following these steps, you should be able to create and manage email accounts via cPanel efficiently. If you encounter any issues, refer to your hosting provider's support documentation or contact their support team for assistance.
